Rubber strap on Portuguese 7 days

would anyone have a recommendation for a rubber strap for a 5001.13 please,
where I could still use my deployment clasp?

It's unlikely anyone on this forum will recommenda rubber strap for a
Portugieser. It just is not done, in my opinion.

Horses for courses I guess. I just need something a little more casual so any
other suggestion welcome.

There is no strap in the IWC Portfolio that would fit. All rubber straps have
either wrong dimensions or curved ends. So the only thing you can do is
looking at third party strap manufacturers. There are many...
