Santoni for 500705???

Forgive me if this has been covered previously. I have a 500705 incoming. Was
fully planning to put one of those amazing light brown croc Santoni straps,
but I've run into a brick wall due to the 5007 having the curved spring bar .
Would even entertain non Santoni custom 22/18mm strap with that "Santoni"
look. Please any direction would be helpful. Thanks

You could always use a Santoni - the Boutique will be happy to supply straight
spring bars

There's a guy in Germany named John Glance. Dangerous9 straps. Check him out-
he does wonderful work and has made me a really cool ammo pouch strap for my
5002 BP. He can accomadate the curved lugs and he has a huge assortment of
leathers and skins. Great quality.

would you mind sharing a picture of the BP strap he made for you?

I'm not sure, whether you can use straight spring bars on the IW5007. I think,
the wholes for the curved spring bars are on a slightly different place (more
torwards the watch case), than the wholes for straight spring bars.

But the Portugieser Chronograph Classic also has curved spring bars and 22 mm
strap width. And the 3904-Models (previous version of the current 3903) used
to come with Santoni straps. So, there must be or at least used to be Santoni
Straps for curved spring bars.
