Very bad service from iwc taken it to botique as numeral hand 9 came away from face my opinion that manafacturing fault hardly wear this watch and result was a bill for £300 to fix as out of warranty outrageous as rarely used and clearly a defect iwc dont wanna fix as non warranty and retailer likewise after paying£3200 for a watch it should be fit for purpose clearly not ... very unhappy never again customer
