Searching the forum

Hi guys! I'm new to this forum and I'm looking for some information, but I can't figure out how to actually search the forum. I found some old threads via Google that are referring to a magnifying glass on the top right, but the only thing I can see in the top right is a link to my profile. Any tips? :)
