I sent my 371701 off for service via IWC customer service UK, I wanted a 5 year complete service which IWC UK CS confirmed I would get (in writing) this service should included "Laser treatment (application of metal) of deep scores and signs of wear and tear, grinding, polishing and, where necessary, finishing of angles on the case, bracelet and clasp" as detailed here www.iwc.com/en-us/service/
The watch has now been returned after having a 10 point service (detailed on my invoice) which is nether a complete service or a maintenance to say I am upset is a under statement , the case has not had any marks removed from it and looks the same as when I sent it I presume some sort of service has been complete to movement!!!!
Does any having IWC service experience who would i like to comment, I have e mail customer services and I am waiting for a response however the frustion of the issue has caused to post here egrrrrrrrrrr!
