Is this the correct setting for today.
The moonphase will 'click' forward one more step at midnight.
Any comments will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks and have a great weekend :-)

Well, it's a full moon right NOW - so 2 days.
Nad - it appears your moon phase is 2 days behind. So, you can advance it 2 clicks. Tomorrow will be one day past new.
Great looking watch.
Richard
I guess official UTC full moon is tomorrow...
So, perhaps advancing 1 day should do it.
Although all my IWCs are currently displaying a full moon - and most Moon phase calendars on line that I consulted show today as the full moon.
Richard
Link to North American Moon Phase Calendar...
Nad - if you're in North America (today) - this calendar in the link below, as well as several others that I found - indicate that 29 JAN 2010 is a full moon.
So, this looks better, right? Two clicks forward >

Should be dead center. nt
Yes. That's exactly where all my moons are...
Sorry for the confusion with all my earlier posts - even the link I provided indicates that the full moon is tomorrow on 30 JAN, not 29 JAN as I indicated.
On Sat Jan 30.
Should I advance this one more day? >>>>
This story should clarify the full moon for tonight. Unfortunately, my skies are overcast and 6 - 8 inches of snow are expected tomorrow (30 Jan).

It's a blue moon for me
I didn't get the full moon on December 31, it arrived on January 1, so tonight (January 30) makes it a blue moon. But it gets better - there will be no full moon for February, the next arrives March 1 which means I'll get another blue moon on March 30.
Cheers from the cellar
Great information!! Thanks.
Hi Nad, technically Moon phase follows Zulu >
but there is also a Local time base used.
This U.S. Navy site shows Zulu time base. Click on "Data Services". aa.usno.navy.mil/
This URL shows Sun/EArth/Moon positions in real time...

Best from Isobars.
You can send it to me if you are unsure!
Lovely watch pal- happy Full Moon to you! :-)
Nad, buy a PPC and you will have the
exact answer. Unless it is the one day out of 577 years it needs adjustment.

Hi Richard! You once gave us this site
I think 3 years ago. It tells the full moon is on the 30th.

Catching up for missing last month's nt.
