    Hello

this is my first post in this forum although I have been registered for some
time now. I very seriously considering buying a vintage IWC Yacht Club from a
friend and while searching for informations about this watch I noticed that
while google shows me some seemingly useful posts from this forum, when I
click to read them, it shows me the initial iwc page as if these posts don't
exist anymore. Do you know what happened to these posts; Also do you know
where I can download the "date your iwc" app; Thank you and sorry if these
    questions have been answered already...

Hello, the old Google links don't work anymore, we moved the forum to a
different server and since then the links are not connecting anymore. We are
    working on that.

You can try the search function on the forum.

The Dater your IWC app is off line.

As for the "Date Your IWC" database, you can download the standalone version
    for Mac here:

    www.moeb.ch/dyIWC/dyiwcFiles/DYIWC_v2_OSX_INTEL.sitx (Intel processor)

    www.moeb.ch/dyIWC/dyiwcFiles/DYIWC_V2_OSX_UNICODE.sitx (Unicode)

Thank you for your answers. It's good to know that these posts aren't lost. I
will use of course the search tool to find them. As for the date your iwc app
I don't have a Mac but a pc with windows 10 and when I try to download the app
    it gives me an error.

That is correct - only the links for the standalone Mac OS versions are
    currently operational.

Thank you for your answers. By the way here is the watch I consider to buy
    from my friend:

The interesting thing about this Yacht Club, is that instead of the usual
minute dots, it has painted minute markers. Also I think that the case has
    been polished. What do you think;
