A lot has been discussed and described about the playful, "hidden messages" IWC designers integrated into the dial of the DaVinci.

I tried to capture just a few quick snapshots at my office window using my iPhone - no photoshop used here at all. I have a great little FTP application that uploads my photos from my phone to my forum directory here to share...

You can see the "DA VINCI" at the top of the dial and "PERPETUAL CALENDAR" and the bottom - appear and disappear in various angles...

    Enjoy!

What a raw pice of art and exuberance! Very clever for the in and out of the text. Da Vinci is of course, a master in applying distortions to achieve visual goals in his works.

You have made me discover many dial virtues of this watch family through these years Richard, thank you.

    brilliant ! very well presented.

the workaround to see the pics is to go here and change the last digit of URL, ranging from 1 to 4.

For some reason, I don't see the pictures in the post. I had to copy the link location and remove the first part and then I could see them. It's a great watch indeed! Thanks for sharing the images with us.

    Kind regards,

    Clemens
