Has anyone noticed how special certain dials come out on photos taken inside cars? I'm not sure where this is coming from, but there is a certain "glow" to those photos taken inside cars... and today is a very foggy day here!

Great photo - maybe it is the indirect light coming from all around when you are inside of a car.
I agree, a car could be the ideal light box, where light comes in horizontally from all sides, and the quite disturbing sun is blocked out by the rather dark roof, thus giving indirect and shadowless light, where a white dial doesn't overglow. Maybe the roof of a small, neutrally coloured party tent gives the result. I like it!
Kind regards,
Paul
