Steel iwc info please?

Need
help identifying this watch any help please? I purchased online with not much
information it is steel not stainless would like to know year and rough value?
It still winds and works as it should also.

I looked up the numbers on the "Date Your IWC" App and I achieved the
following information.

The watch is a Cal 53 dating to 1913. The information says that it should be a
Savonnette, but your watch is a Lepine, so maybe I misread the movement number
- please clarify! I read 565231

Or, your watch is missing it's front cover.

As to the watch value, what you paid for it pretty much is it's value.

Yes, the case number is clear and agrees with the date.

The 55231 number has been discussed here before, if I remember correctly it is
something about a patent. Try the search function here on the forum and maybe
you can find more info.
