Hi all, I have been dabbling with a few 'other' brands lately and I'm really interested in alternative strap options. Any way to see what IWC have available? (I'm not near an AD)
Also.. Anyone with a few good pics of 'pimped' watches?

No interest in alternative straps and style on this forum?
I wear my Mark XVI on non-OEM brown leather strap (made by Drew Straps).. The Mark XVI looks amazing IMO on a brown strap!

I briefly put my Pilot Chrono on a NATO and my wife disowned me!
I was so traumatized, I didn't even get a pic of it.
My Spitfire UTC with an alternative strap:
Nice! I like the XVI on Brown. I will check that strap maker, does he have IWC specific straps?

Light brown looks good on that white face!
I am after a grey / gun metal coloured nylon-ish looking strap for my Spitfire 3878. Will post a pic when I find one, anyway to check whether IWC have something similar?

@watchjunkie, I just had a custom big pilot style strap made for my 3878 (watch acc). I think it looks the business, my wife... Not so much (preferred the ss bracelet).
He makes everything to whatever spec you would like (in pretty much any material) ... You can find him on Instagram @_aboen, or look up #drewstraps
I've tried my BP 500401 on a Hirsch strap and thought it was quite nice:

I don't own the 500401 anymore but I now have the 5002. I will see if I got pictures of it on the Hirsch but I don't think so. Some experimenting to do I guess :-)
Kind regards,
Clemens

You don't often see a BP on an aftermarket strap because the original is so nice. But this also looks very cool. Nice.

Clemens,
It looks super cool, the combination with the shoes is just top.
Kind regards, Daniel
Fantastic combo, Clemens. That one really fits perfectly.
Very refreshing looks for a BP.
Just got the 3878 on a black aftermarket as trail. ... And I like it more and more. Just need to get my photobucket going again.
I forgot that I also have a custom strap on my St Ex Chrono:

Getting the strap took 5 to 6 months if I recall correctly, I'm not sure of the maker of this strap is still making straps.
Kind regards,
Clemens
How about this one? Vintage on vintage...

That looks really nice - I would love to see more photos! And if you care to divulge the source of the strap, please email me.
I just got the strap, so i have only this shoot, but i will make them more :)
BTW, the strap is Hirsch Terra. Very soft and the leather ages nicely.
