    Hi Shing,

    She's fine, thank you!

I always try to spend a few days in HK when on my way to or from Taiwan, I just love the place, and since I usually stay at Intercontinental, I see the Aqua Luna constantly passing in front of my window! By the way I also never felt the urge to go on it, but is a very nice sight. ;-)

That is a beautiful night shot! I always feel very happy to see your photos with great IWCs and HK background. What can be better...?

    Cheers!

good to know Jeronimo that all is well - HK has not seen a typhoon like this one for several years.

Drop me a note the next time u are bound for HK, if u are up for a gtg.

    Farhad,

Nice combo for summertime. Is that strap on deployant or Pin buckle?

    Thanks,

    Andy

    Hi Clemens,
it suits well, your watch with the backgrounds, inherently consistent. Beginning sunset at sea, the decreasing moon on your PPC, very nice.

    Kind regards

Well said Alan! Farhad - that is a very classy summer watch, the best looking Portuguese chrongraph I have seen!

    @ Clemens,

Very nice set of pictures, and the PPPC looks great with brown strap...

    @ FARHAD

That is a very good combination...!

Dear Andy, I have the watch on a deployant buckle. The buckle is the same like the one on my 5001.
Glad you all liked the combo, I was not to sure at the beginning as this is a very light coloured strap but it does make the dial stand out.

Wow! I've been away for a day and this thread has taken on new life. Great combinations of lighter colored straps everyone. Keep them coming!

    Thanks Farhad,

The reason I was curious is because I have a Dark Brown on deployant strap for my Port Chrono/RG markers, and yours appear to be much lighter. I like it very much.

    Regards,

    Andy

Bas, I truly get that you are loyal to your Team!

And Jeff, that strap may not be my cuppa tea, but I love your shirt!

Clemens, no matter how many pictures you post, all I see is that gorgeous perp! It doesn't need a strap.

And I think a watch strap can be a great expression of personality. I'm sure you've seen those Silbersteins where one side is a different color than the other.

But truly there is nothing that adds character more to a timepiece than a nice strap.

    Best,
    Larry

Larry, I agree that the light tan strap is not as classIc a look as the brown buffalo or black croc, but for me somehow it works in the summer weather. And hey, if one is going to wear a purple shirt, one must have a bold watch strap to match!
Micheal, email me if you wish to know the source of the strap.
