Swiss Victorinox (I NEED HELP)

I own a Automatic swiss watch, and it currently quit winding. I wear it daily, and can't get it to stay found recently.
Any thoughts?

It needs to be repaired or serviced. If it is an IWC, take it to a Boutique or an authorised dealer. It will take weeks and it will be expensive but your watch will be returned "as new". People forget that buying a mechanical timepiece is just part of the deal. As with cars and other mechanical goods, watches need to be maintained and serviced.
