As may of you know, every December IWC offers a very special watch for auction on this website. This year, the watch is a unique Platinum St. Exupery UTC. Also included is an extraordinarily rare novel ("Wind, Sand and Stars") signed by St. Exupery. Proceeds go to a charitable organization in Cambodia which combats illiteracy.

The 2008 Internet Holiday Auction
A worthy cause for sure. I worked in Cambodia several years ago managing a wildlife conservation project, and in my area the literacy rate was less than 50%. Only about 30% of the Children in the area could afford to go to school. Not to mention the other issues, such as Malaria, an average of 1 UXO/Mine accident a day, and massive corruption.
IWC is putting the proceeds of this Auction to a very worthwhile cause, and I am glad to see that. Plus, it is a really nice watch!
