So last weekend, first stop was Amsterdam, as I was the driver for Bill.
Then of to Brussels where a meeting was scheduled with Koen and Ralph. We did a bit of sightseeing followed by a short trip to Ghent where we met the rest of the group.
It was a special GTG, not only it was one very "international" GTG, we had some new faces, it was also a evening remembering our friend Kevin.
Bill held a moving little speech before handing over some watches that belonged to Kevin and are now in the collection of his friends. Thank you Bill for this and thanks Alan for joining in for this special moment.
The evening was also a great example of sharing the passion for IWC, showing new additions, talking about new and old models, making friends, listening to great watch relating stories. ( thank you Arne for the "suitcase" story, LOL ).
Thank you IWC Benelux for providing a gift for the collectors.
Here are some of my pics, the most beautiful reports were already posted by other attendees.
Guys, it was an honor organizing this for you, thanks for attending.
First a hello to the most famous Brussels kid : Manneken Pis
The young girls were waiting for the arrival of the group One Direction at their hotel, but they saw another boysband ; Ralph, Bill and Koen...great dance moves guys ;) Belgian quality for sure.
