Anyone who wants to know what the price is or whether to expect a steel version should email me privately.

    hubba, hubba!

I was thinking that I owned the nicest St. Ex Chrono (with a very small and inconspicuous "A"), but now I'm thinking it is the only second best looking St. Ex Chrono.

an 'A' crown - good to know, and I clearly missed it in January.

Yes the signature A has not survived. There are 6 A's on the dial though.
6 on the back and 1 on the crown.

Have always admired the St. Exupery's. I hope to add one to my collection in the near future. This newest is absolutely stunning.

Actually, I'm half way there. My AD called today to let me know that my "back ordered" St. Exupery strap finally arrived (ordered 15 weeks ago). I'll be pairing it up with my Pilot Chrono 3717. It will give me a small taste of St. Ex. until the "center piece" can be acquired.

    IWC...well done.....again,

    Andy

The Clock is beautiful, but honestly the "A" is simply missing in the dial.

WOW!!! So just perfect! This is the first time a ASE LE makes this impression on me. And with a 43 mm case diameter, I think I will be able to wear it. I sure will have to go to my AD shortly ...

OK, this steel version then could be a real competitor for the Spitfire Chrono. And not limited, isn't that a Saint Exupéry first? Hmm, always a good idea not to hurry too quickly.

    Kind regards,
    Paul

Thank you for your information! I hoped someone from IWC would post the information here directly, since there are many interested people. But I am glad that the community fills this gap :-)

What an awesome new model! Always love the combination of rose gold, with brown face and strap, whatever the model, but this one looks the best yet.
