Wow what an interesting history
I predicted a forum watch in a post back in 2005 prior to SIHH but I had no idea that the planning went back years before. I feel privileged to own mine.

I remember the excitement at that meeting...
Michael -What a great read!! These projects really do require a lot of planning and details to be minded.
I remember Pius Brida's presentation - and I remember the elation of the collectors - as we all clamored for that clipboard with our names on it - reserving our watches!!

A big step for IWC lovers!
Great story and I love my #13. Wear it all the time - both on the bracelet (best bracelet IWC has made in the last 5 years) and on the strap.
