I agree with most of your views>>

and would include that tourbillons should not be displayed.
I particularly dislike the open casebacks of the (so called) Vintage Collection. I like the open caseback in the Jubilee Portugieser, though. There is no real rational to this, though.
The Mark XII is a beaufifull watch but for a perfect combination of form and function I would have chosen the Mark 11 or the WWII PIlot Watch.
Btw, I also remove the (removable) lables of everyting, car included. Like you, only I know what I have. It is good to know I am not alone. :))

While I was overwhelmed by the VC for ...

... IWC's 140th birthday, I'd just like them in smaller sizes.

That counts and I can understand ...

... that wish. It was a big wish for me two and 2.5 years ago it fortunately came true. I am still in big love with it. It's so timeless and never boring. A beautiful sales woman in the IWC store in Gdansk/Poland admired it also this week when I admired the VC Ingenieur.
    Keep going for it!

    1) I'd like to see a rose gold Ing with a matching rose gold bracelet. Both the standard Inges (42mm and the 45mm Inges) and the VC Ing should be offered in rose gold.
    2) Id like to see a manufactured movement with a 72 hour power reserve in everything IWC makes (the 7-day Port and Inge and BP being the obvious exceptions).

Add the soft iron cases to all models that do not have see-through metal case backs. Either that or go to an amagnetic parachrom hairspring like Rolex has adopted.

Less limited editions, more clean designs

both in-house and euabache movements, both uncomplicated and complicated movements + variations in case material as we are used to.

    2009.....

I would love to see a steel Portuguese PC with white dial and blue hands and a product line with less limited editions as this inflation of limitations is in my eyes not good for the brand image.
