Thoughts on this monoblock cased, cal 852 ..

Found this today and considering buying it.. Dial looks incredible.. Thoughts on this piece? Anyone have any thoughts on it? The vintage IWC bug has struck :)

I think it's a ref 580A from the late 50s to early 60s
