    Michael,

My apologies if this topic has already been dealt with recently. I enquired a year or two ago, whether IWC would have the flexibility to change glasses from current coated / blue reflex to regular uncoated ones or even plastic? I got replies at that time - I think from you - saying that IWC would not accept to change glasses. Do you know if they show more flexbility these days?

I have been offered to buy a Portuguese Jones in RG but I truly dislike the blue reflex from the glass which does not fit at all with gold and white colours.

    Many thanks.

    Kind regards,

    Jean

    sorry -IWC still doesn't customize...

...and with respect I wouldn't throw out the baby with the bathwater.

I know a watchmaker who could probably work with an optician for a conversion of the glass, if that helps.

    Regards,
    Michael

Thank you. It does help if you can give an address (in France if possible) where I could get the glass changed. Best regards.
