This unethical auctioneer apparently knows his watch is a fake but he will neither address the topic of authenticity for the benefit of his bidders, nor will he remove the fake.

Indeed a fake watch, I did email them, let's see what they will do.
I am certain he will deny responsibility, saying it's up to the bidders to decide whether to bid.
It is a common reaction from unethical sellers for whom the commission is more important than professional honesty.
I have little experience with IWC (though more with Omega, Heuer and Rolex) and the watch in the auction jumped off the page at me.
My concern is for the foolish bidder who trusts an unscrupulous seller.
