Any additional CF da Vinci received?
To the best of my knowledge Schaffhausen has not disclosed the number of CF da Vinci sold, and their distribution by country, as it did for the CFI.

Attractive to a few
To those who like the watch the amount sold is not so important: they get their watch and are very happy with it. Being a Collector's Forum watch the amount sold has some importance to the forum as a community. In this respect the watch was not such a huge success, as told at the Collector's Forum meeting in Geneva. To be sure: I was not there, but an approved report on it was written at the German sister forum. I wouldn't be surprised if Michael knows exactly how many are order
ed. Maybe you care to disclose this, Michael?

Attractive to a selected few...
I agree that the numbers is a secondary objective, and an inevitable result from the building a CFDV community, as it was done for CFI.
My AD has called IWC Madrid to find out where mine is, without any luck. :-( I can wait,
Best wishes...
that yours arrives soon, Antonio! It will be a nice addition to your superb collection.
Best regards,
Jim
Thanks. (nt)
I'm still waiting on mine too (NT)
Mine is at the AD waiting collection
I specified the AD in Heathrow airport so I have to wait until my next BA flight before I can collect....and that may be some time due to the strikes.
1 in Hong Kong
Got mine recently, I've been trying to find some time for photos, but it probably won't be for a while.
I hope the others will be on their way very soon!
And then there were 8...
U.S.A. - 2
U.K. - 2
Hong Kong - 2
The Netherlands - 1
Portugal - 1
Great effort
It really is nice to see where they all went, and how many there are.
Kind regards,

This is fun, however...
realistically I have little hope we will arrive to a a reliable CFDV census. Some collectors/lurkers may not wish to come forward, as was the case of the CFI.
I am still hoping Schaffhausen will eventually release the actual number of CF da Vinci sold. and their geographical location. as it did for the CF Ingenieur. I can't see the reason to withhold this data.
Hi Clepsydra, next time in Madrid...
...I'll send you a mail and we may meet.
BR, Julx
Ola Julx...
I'll send you an email before a trip to Madrid. I guess it will be the first IWC collector's meeting in Iberia. Looking forward to it.
Mine is at the AD waiting collection
Well I called in at the Dealer today and it appears my watch is still with IWC UK or at least on the way there. Hoping to get it next week when I am going through Heathrow again. Very frustrating but I am sure it will be worth the wait.
