    Dear all,

now finally as promised a travellog of Mark's and my diving in Tobago.
Early morning start, driving to the airport. Diving vacation, so the AT is on my wrist:

AT meets Cognac on the 9 hours flight from Frankfurt to Tobago:

This is the beautiful view you can enjoy in Tobago. What a great island, so green, so much nature:

    i1186.photobucket.com/albums/z376/giova26/DSC09531.jpg

Let's first take a picture of our two ATs
    i1186.photobucket.com/albums/z376/giova26/FB096DE8-08CD-4103-976B-3240518FEA4D-1090-0000009715E3B9DB.jpg
and then get into the water
    i1186.photobucket.com/albums/z376/giova26/DSC_0052.jpg
The Deep 2 always on Mark's wrist, as my AT is on mine (I am cooling it in the water).

Time to get into the sea water:
    i1186.photobucket.com/albums/z376/giova26/DSCN0383.jpg
Our ATs are always on our wrists. You don't believe it? Here you have the proof:
    i1186.photobucket.com/albums/z376/giova26/DSCN0386.jpg

Look at the writing on the boat. That is what we all need to satisfy our IWC virus - LoL
    i1186.photobucket.com/albums/z376/giova26/DSCN0390.jpg

Time to get under water and see some sharks, stingrays, moray eels and
    i1186.photobucket.com/albums/z376/giova26/DSCN0429.jpg

Mark and I meditating in a drift dive
    i1186.photobucket.com/albums/z376/giova26/DSCN0551.jpg

What a pity, my AT is covered by my left arm
    i1186.photobucket.com/albums/z376/giova26/DSCN0571.jpg

So let's get a proper picture of it

AT GTG under water at about 14 meters depth

After diving ... back into the pool

    and then great dinner
    i1186.photobucket.com/albums/z376/giova26/92161B14-0A83-4DB0-8819-09E3D7739368-129-00000001F6644014.jpg

Seven really nice days, with a lot of fun, diving, great chats and camaraderie.
A last shot on the flight back, where Mark was so kind to let me wear his Deep Two:

Thanks Buddy for the great time!

Thank you so much for the wonderful report. It's a great pleasure to see you guys have so much fun.

Some day, I have to start diving too and get my Split minute in some other waters. The chlorated swimming pools are not exactly what the watch was meant for!

    Kind regards,

    Clemens

Giovanni and Mark - it looks like you had a great trip in a beautiful location. Thanks for the photos. How did the PPCs hold up underwater?

Shing - I wondered if yours was the first use of "bromance" on the forum but a search showed someone beat you to it a couple of months ago. :)

Btw, Melchior, I have to say Big Thanks. In fact I noticed it was not screwed in only after reading your comment to my post. Thanks so much!

Giovanni, whats that on the poolside in the background here? ..and I refer to the watch, not the beer!

    Giovanni,

The VC-AT makes for a nice garnish with the Cognac and most importantly as a excellent reliable companion throughout the trip. Mark's Deep Two was made exactly for this kind of occasion. The perfect AT's for Tobago.

Thanks for taking us along to such a picturesque location complete with food, fun, friends and fantastic watches.

Always enjoy following your adventures....keep on traveling !
