Tribute to Mark XI Strap Question

Hi,
I really like the look of the IWC Tribute to the Mark XI. I note that the watch is sold by IWC with a green textile strap. Will IWC or an AD supply the watch with a leather (Santoni) strap? Or is that an extra purchase add on?

Tribute to Mark XI is fabulous, as is the strap.
It only comes on the fabric strap and has a 20mm end. 

If you want a Santoni strap, the only come in 18mm ends, so will need to purchase a new Tang Buckle as well. 
I had a custom 20x20mm Horween leather strap made for variety. 

But it now that the weather is warm and Summer is here, the fabric NATO will return, as I like it.
