Thanks for posting both hermet examples.
The Tour makes reference that hermet might be a trademark of the case maker but I'm yet to find anything in either the US or European patent/trademark databases and a search of case maker advertisments from the mid 1930's to the late 1940's hasn't found any reference to hermet. The search continues.

Sold to Gyllenberg, Stockholm - Cal 61 in 1943, and Cal 83 in 1944.
