    I need to check but,,,,

If I recall the 1876 isn't 42.5 mm --huge for that time-- but more likely 32.5 or 35mm. I could be wrong but I'll try to check.

    Regards,
    Michael

    I vaguely remembering it being 35 x 35mm

At the time I felt it was too small for me so I donated it to the Russell museum.

Terry definitely has more sense than I .

My recollection was it was only slightly bigger ..

...at 37mm square but not being certain I looked up the 1993 dealer book.

    Cheers from the cellar

WOW, where could I find one of those for sale? Might be a little big but my wife would love it.

Somehow i doubt it's 42.5mm with 18mm lugs (it would look prehistoric), might be a misprint. Looking at that the pic it certainly does'nt look two strap widths.

    Thanks!

When reading the movement number, I immediately thought about Mark Levinsohn and his love for this movement. Thanks for providing more insight in this matter.

    Kind regards,

    Clemens
