    Dear all!

As an absolute amateur, I'd like to ask the experienced ones of you for a piece of advice.

I got two pieces of IWC pocket watches from my father. One seems older and is functional. I read the page iwcpocketwatch.com but I don't think I found the exact same types as I have. I'm interested in the value of the watch, as I am a student and may consider selling them.

The first one has a number 482199 inside it, and next to the Swiss cross, there is a number 3145_ (I assume there are 5 digits and I just don't see the last one as it is under one of the clock mechanism parts). This watch doesn't run and there is about 1mm peeled off hole in the clock dial.

The second one seems older and it runs. It is not extra clean form outside but otherwise looks in a good condition. When I open it, there are two numbers carved in handwriting hardly legible - 47354873 and 6820. Very inside where the clock mechanism is, there is only a number 894377.

I'd appreciate any comments or thoughts on the age of these watch or its potential value. I literally have no idea even after looking for hints on google.

    Many thanks in advance,
    best regards

    Anna
