Cool trio!
Cool trio!
A hard choice to fill in last place in that case!
To me it appears to be obvious...
Current Aquatimer 2000 fits perfect!

Much more than the pure number...
the selection of each member is interesting to me. What other model(s) does someone own who prefers a certain family? Is there always an elegant model in any collection? Are there collections that solely consist of elegant models or does every IWC enthusiast own at least one sports watch?

25 and yearning for more …
Had to go and count since I knew what I have but not how many altogether ... so confirmed my suspicion, more pocket than wrist watches.
A good enough excuse to take a couple of quick and dirty "state of the IWC wrist watch collection" photos, split into watches made before and after the Quartz era, i.e. up to the 70s and from the 80s.
I have my eye on a Portugieser to complete the dozen.
Cheers, Dirk

One for me
A Mark XV pilot's chronograph.
Four or five years ago I used to walk past a jewellers and look in the window and it was always the watch I liked the best for it's simple style and elegance. Then one day I walked past the window and it had gone and been replaced by the current Mark XVI. I went in and tried it on but just didn't like it as much as the earlier model that had originally caught my eye. That's when I decided that I needed to find the XV before it was too late.
I have worn it everyday since I bought it and it still gives me great pleasure just to buckle it on to my wrist in the morning.
Wow...that is about everything....
I would every want in an IWC collection!
Best regards,
Jim

Eleven gold and one steel
The steel one is a prospect I presume, am I wrong in assuming this will eventually be the rose gold version? What a fantastic collection!
Kind regards,

That's the right spirit
Although I have a few more watches, I have exactly the same feeling each morning, putting on such a beautiful, perfect watch. That feeling is the real luxury.
