Just another quick impression of the VC Da Vinci, which I admire a lot.

It is extremely difficult to capture this watch in a nice picture.
Whenever I think to have the right colours and light, I try to capture it (still with my wife's point-and-shoot, no X1 yet as MF is currently experimenting with...) and I never succeed to get in the picture what I see with my own eyes.

It really has to do with this watch, and that tells a lot. One really has to wear it or see the watch in real life to have the same appreciation as I have for this timepiece.

I am really happy to have acquired this one !

P.S.: just handheld pictures, nothing special

    Ciao, Rob.

    Thanks Rob!

Very nice pictures of a special watch indeed. By the way, did you see the new Watch International? There is a small article about the IWC boutique in Buenos Aires that you wrote about a while ago. I immediately thought of your story when I saw it :-)

    Kind regards,

    Clemens

Absolutely, I have Nadia's Business Card in my...

hands. She is the Manager of the Petit Palais who allowed me to take the pictures.

Hi Ivan , I noticed this latey, as I may have...

missed lots of post, but was surprisingly amused to note that you had a VC Da Vinci.

For some reason, don't ask me why, I would never have fitted this watch with you... (probably not with myself either - being after-thoughts)

    Ciao, Rob.

Indeed, it is a change in my own collection too...

... and I believe that I was waiting for a watch like this, without really knowing which one, so any other style-deviation could have matched my taste too and could have convinced me to buy.

Another interesting lesson for IWC marketeers and strategy guys ?...

    Ciao, Rob.
