VC Portofino Moonphase wrist shots please!

Anyone with good pix of the VC Portofino Moonphase black face on wrist? Does this have a really huge presence on wrist (mine is only 7")? Dressy only or do you wear with jeans too? How exactly does the moonphase operate and does this become a pain to reset if watch runs to zero because I forget to wind? Sorry, newbie at moonphase watches.

Also, what are you general opinions of this watch -- both pros and cons? Can someone tell me more about the manual movement and why this model is so expensive? Thanks again.

The 46 mm diameter might seem to be large by some standards, but the IWC VC Portofino fits very nicely on the wrist. It is a thin watch and rides extremely well on your arm. The lugs are relatively small and do not touch the wrist.

My only complaints, and they are minor, is the watch is difficult to wind. The crown is small and the movement is seemingly very stiff. The second minor issue is that is low light conditions the hands can be difficult to see. There is no Super LumaNova.

The VC Portofino is stunning. It is one of my wife's favorites. If I were to pick up a short strap, she would wear it even with her small wrist.

My advice, go to you AD and try one on. It's the only way to be sure.

In my relatively unsophisticated city, there's no IWC dealers. Rolex, Tags and Omega rules the roost in this town! :(

NICE...any more? I'm getting gready for information on this model. Like I mentioned, I only have 7" wrists and wondered how this looks on wrist. What is lug width?
