    Hy everybody!

Though I don't write too much in this impressing forum, I always enjoy reading through the interesting articles or admiring timepieces from IWC-collectors from all over the world.

Since a while, I was looking for a IWC for daily use, because at the moment I own the RG Portuguese 7 Days and a Portofino from the 90's. So I thought about the Mark XVI /XVII, the pilot chronos 3717/3777 and about the different UTC models.

In the end, I decided for the Spitfire UTC Ref. 3251, because of its 3-dimensional dial and the second timezone complication which makes the dial balanced very well.

No more words, here it is:

Congratulations, that's a great and very comfortable watch. I have the older version, where the UTC display is on the upper half of the watch:

The bracelet looks great, maybe I should start searching for one too! For now, I have a black croco, brown buffalo and original tan croco strap for this watch :-)

Enjoy your new beauty and wear it in good health.

    Kind regards,

    Clemens

Congratulations, Philippe, an excellent choice, great watch on a perfect bracelet. I love mine as well and you are right, the 3-D dial gives that extra kick. Not to mention the legibility at night...

Clemens, yours would have almost been my first IWC. I went for the Spitfire Doppel then, but still like the design of yours...

Congratulations Phillipe ! The spitfire UTC is a beauty & it is nice to see someone on the forum acquiring it. Great shots.

nicely done. big congratulations and enjoy it. I am eyeing for a 325105 UTC (black dial) myself. I find the 24-hour date wheel to be the best travel companion there is.

Congrats - the detail in that dial does look fantastic and the bracelet is beautiful as well.

In a similar style, I have the St Ex UTC and I love the placement of the dial with the second time zone in the lower half. As Shing said, that layout makes for a great travel companion.

Hello IWC folks, been trying to post a comment with my new IWC UTC picture. Sounds silly but how can I attach a picture - struggling to get it right?

    Many thanks,
