Vintage IWC box identification

Hi All,
I'm lucky enough to own a 1946 solid gold full size men's IWC timepiece, which is... drumroll unworn and is in brand new condition! Not only that, it has got its original tag that matches with the serial number, and is in its signed pouch and box. And this is where my querie come in the picture.
Unfortunately, the box is from a later era, the well known gold box, that can't be the original one (as far as I know that's more 70's).
I'm now looking for a box from the 40's. I searched the internet which box type is from that era, but couldn't find anything, so I'm asking for your kind help.

Would any of these boxes be any close to the late 40's era?

I would say box #1 is the oldest - but not sure of the period.
