This is a R815A.
As there is no applied IWC logo it could be a late 70's early 80's issue. You
have to remove the crystal to access the movement and numbers inside the case.
I have one SS blue dial with applied logo and use it often in my rotation.
If you want to research more reference 815A is a good start.
