    Hi,

New to this forum, and would like ask the vintage IWC experts here, on their opinion of this manual wind IWC stainless steel watch I have seen for sale recently. Especially like to know if you think the dial is original or re-painted, and any other information you have on this model. I think the case is approx. 35mm wide.

    Thanks in advance./site_media/ckeditor_images/c8a44d228d89c3a1eb6871f1ff1499ef.jpg

    Hello Furze
there is not much to go on from one photograph and the resolution is not good enough to give an impression of the dial.
From what I can see it looks good.

    The watch might be:
Cal 83 which was made 1930 to 1947
    or
    Cal 88  - 1946 to 1964.
There is no way to be certain without seeing the movement and serial numbers.

Please share any information that the seller might have.
