Vintage pocket IWC

Dear all,

This is my first post on the collectors forum, but i would need some help, and
hopefully you can help me. I have a couple of IWC wathes, and of course to
acompany me when i wear my traditional norwegian folk costume, i would need a
IWC pocket watch. I came across a old caliber 56 (see photos attached) - and i
have a couple of questions: is the the original dial? Or should the original
have the "International Watch Co" logo below 12?

If so, is this something that I would be able to get my hands on? And what
would the correct price be on this piece? I have dated the watch to around
1898 on date my IWC.

The hands on this piece are a mismatched pair.

It is always advisable to start off with the best possible example, where no
question regarding the parts and their replacement exist.

Hello Mark, may I know what is considered as mismatched pair? The
dial, case, hands, crown, case or movement? Thanks.

The hands of the watch you posted do not match.

One is a Breguet Hand, the other is a Spade Hand. Therefore they are a
mismatched pair.
