Vintage Turler - good possible buy?

I have an opportunity to buy a watch (attached pics) any advice or feedback is extremely grateful. Thanks  . The price is roughly 800 USD

Thanks, I was wondering if it has had a re-dial or if it was an original movement etc..?

There is nothing about the watch that appears to be incorrect. 

This watch has what appears to be a Cal 89 movement which was made between 1946-1976.
I cannot see serial numbers to confirm and it will make a nice reliable vintage watch.
