Volvo Ocean Race Experience

This one Mark. I thought it was most suitable. My YC currently has a alligator strap so not really suitable for yachting at the moment. I have ordered a new strap though.

It was an awesome experience. I cannot express how cool it was. Love that polo. I may even go back and buy one of those myself today, they are pretty nice. All the crew were wearing them at the event we went to the night before.

I remember a few years ago I was in Auckland for a holiday and the Volvo Ocean race was in town. We had a look and you are right, the boats are unreal!

Simply incredible. Perhaps you and Steff consider this mode of travel for your next Around-the-World trip... I'm so glad that both of you were offered to participate. You and your wife have shown such enthusiasm for IWC, and become top customers in a short time!

Jim, Steff and I are thinking about trying to get to the U.S. round for F1 in October. Not sure where you live in relation to the track but maybe a meet up could happen around then? Might be a long time until we are back in Texas!

@Chris, I went back to try and get one of those polo's it they had packed everything up due to Cyclone Pam. So I missed out!

The F1 track is in Austin and that is definitely in the neighborhood! Ms. D and I would not let you leave Central Texas without some kind of GTG. It would be our pleasure to spend some time with Steffi and you. As you get closer to the date and make a decision...just let me know!
