Want to read about a great guy, Bob Bunnik ? new interview by MF

Another great interview.  I first met Bob at SIHH 2007, the year of the DaVinci and the KK DaVinci.  He immediately took me under his wing as I was a real newbie attending my first SIHH.  

We also met in Schaffhausen for a Collectors' Meeting where we shot the crossbows. 

We met again in 2009 in SH for anoher Collectors Meeting where we all drank from the Burgermeisters' Cup in Stein am Rhein.

It is a real pleasure to know Bob and his special love affair with IWC and his friendhip.

Another great interview with a true gentleman, MF!

I first met Bob at a collector's meeting in Schaffhausen in 2007, which remains one of the best IWC events I can remember.  It has been a pleasure to know Bob via this Forum for the years since.  His photographs of some of his terrific IWC's still make me weak in the knees!

When Ms. D and I were in the Netherlands 3 years ago, part of my intent was to meet Bob and several other Dutch collectors.  Depsite the best effort to set something up by my great host (Mark L.), our timing was off and many were on holiday.  Over the years, I have always looked forward to Bob's posts and have been appreciative of his kind comments to my often "less than technical" watch commentary.  Thanks to MF for another fine interview with a collector I still look forward to meeting in person.  Until that day, thank you Bob for sharing your history/passion with all of us.

Thanks again Michael for doing another great collector interview. And thank you Bob for your contributions over the years. It has been fantastic to be able to meet up at SIHH and I always enjoy your photo reports!
