I own a IWC Mark XVI. I have now had my watch serviced 3 times in the past 2 years. I just collected my watch back from a service in the beginning of January because it stopped working. According to IWC it was my fault for banging it. Now 1 month later my watch has stopped working again. Does anybody else have experiences with the IWC watches breaking that often?

Your story surprises me since the movement in the Mark XVI is a very sturdy one with no known issues.
That is also the reason that according to the forum rules, individual service matters can't be discussed here. We can not give any comment on a watch that we can't inspect, or that we know what happened with it or not.
