Hi all,
I just got married over the weekend in Sydney Australia and it was a very good day, not because I am married, but for the present that I received my from wife.
During our engagement, we were discussing wedding presents and she informed me that she was thinking of getting me a watch. We went to a few watch dealers/ jewellers in Sydney as well as brand stores in the city and tried a few of the watches (Tissot, Tag Heuer, Omega, Breitling etc). While we were shopping, I dropped subtle hints about what type of watch I wanted (I had pointed out that I had a Stowa Baumaster, BP and Mark XVII) and I wasn't sure whether she picked up on it (there were a lot of watches and brands we tried and saw).
Come the wedding day,I received a box wrapped in red from the maid of honour. It felt heavy, but it had that familiar feel about the weight and the box.
So, what did my wife get me for my wedding present? A brand new 377701 :)
