Ralph, let's take your Regulateur to see that clock. I'll use the trip as an excuse to treat you, and our east coast buddies to the best Greek Diner lunch you ever did have! I'm sure we could pursuade Kevin to drive down too!

    Alan. Where is this clock?

    Here...

    Columbia, PA

That too. Here is the Erwin Sattler regulator clock picture we took on our visit there a few years ago. The picture did look familiar.

Lots of positive comments about the Roman Numerals. They are so elegant! That makes a good partner for the 5251. So how about a shot of the two together?

Congrats Ralf, It's very nice to have the original IWC regulator, especially as a limited edition.

    Best regards

I agree. Watches with roman numerals have a unique elegance.

My knees buckled when I saw that 325.

    +1

Tony, if you ever grow tired of that ref 325 and would be happy with it being in another home ...

    Hi Shing.
It is the destiny of every collection to be sold, and mine will not be an exception, but this watch, short of a Greek size financial meltdown, will be one of the last ones to go. It is the result fo a long hunt and it is my Jewel in the Crown.
I've had many offers, one so outrageous I know I will regret having declined it. But one never knows. Things change and I'll let you know if they do. I know it will be in good hands, and in good company. But you will have to compete with Roberto :-)

I knooow! That is why I rarely wear it. I am afraid of damaging it in the fall. :-)
