An excellent new site IWC, congratulations.
The feel and look of the new forum to be like the WATCH International magazine is really exciting indeed. I will be on a train this evening to meet with some IWC collectors so I look forward to exploring some functionality from the iPhone......

I'd like to express my appreciation to the good team at IWC who have worked with me in implementing changes regarding the visibility and access for finding authorized service centers in any given country.
In the previous layout one had to select the continent, then the country, and then a city to find an authorized service center. If you didn't know which city there's one in then you spent wasted time going from city to city.
With the new current website there's a field "RETAIL & SERVICE" to click and then it is only necessary to first click on "Service Centre" then enter the continent and country. All authorized service centers are now shown on the same page which makes the process user friendly.

This looks great! It appears to have retained some of the better features of the interim layout with a better "at a glance" for what has been posted. This is an excellent job IWC! Thanks for putting the time and effort into this forum...and I'm glad you are back online!

The way we (users) can blend in with comments and opinions both in the forum and the various website-articles directly, really shows that IWC is thinking innovative and outside "the box".
