Waiting (im)patiently the news very much - strong hopes about a new Aquatimer (Chrono) family... I hope the news will leak first here on IWC CF...

I heard possible green dial theme this year among the Pilot watches.

Hi,
did ya know anything about an Ingenieur GMT or Dual Time?
Thx Andy
First announcement of several new pilot watches for SIHH2019 came out several
days ago..
If years past are any indication, IWC usually "refreshes" one of it's families
to debut at SIHH. This is the year of the Pilot and I suspect that will be
the focus....excluding any special editions that are announced.
I love official leaks ;) like these 4 that are already public. The rest will
be revealed at the start of SIHH, Jan 14th.
I have an opportunity to purchase the Jubilee 150 Years Pilot's Chronograph
next week (which I have been searching for the longest time since I came
across it really late after SIHH2018)..and was really looking forward to
it..now that there will probably be new models coming out with an in-house
movement for the Pilot's Chronograph, I am unsure if I should pull the trigger
next week...
The new in-house crono is not a limited edition btw. But it is really good.
These two are very different watches.
Is it the pilot collection that's due for an update? Seems like they just had
one with the new pilots a couple years ago.

It may not be a question of which collection is due. It may have more to do
with which collection is most ready, among other factors. I understand there
is a new Top Gun movie coming out in 2019.
