Where to find new sapphire for IWC 3470?

I have a vintage IWC 3470 (electronic model). I would like to change the sapphire. Where could I find sapphire for vintage IWC watches?

Perhaps it's time to send your watch to IWC for restoration. Sapphire and applied logo or maybe dial will be replaced.

I actually found a logo. Just missing a new sapphire to give my watch a 2nd life.
