which Cousteau Divers AT is newer?

Trying to figure out which Cousteau Diver Chronograph was manufactured more recently – the Cousteau Divers, or the Tribute to Calypso version?

Tribute to Calypso was manufactured in 2006
I believe the orange Cousteau is 2007

Interesting – if I were a guessing man, I'd have guessed it the other way around. Thanks!
