In my case I'd have to say it was my red gold Portofino Hand-Wound 8 days (IW510107) - which I wore for most of the first half of 2015. So comfortable and well-engineered. [In the summer months, my steel Portuguese (IW371447) with steel Milanese ("Milanaise") bracelet dominated my wrist time because it was so much more comfortable in the heat and humidity. The steel bracelet is an admittedly unconventional choice for a 3714, but IMHO they look great together and they're a very practical match for the summer.] In October, I made a number of acquisitions, including my ultimate grail watch (the Big Pilot Petit Prince Perpetual Calendar), so I imagine that my answer for 2016 will likely be different. Still, you just can't beat the way that the Portofino feels on the wrist...

That Portifino 8 Days Handwound is magnificent in every respect, I have the steel version with the white dial. Still, it was not the watch I wore most in 2015. In fact the watch I wore most is not an IWC watch, but the IWC watch I wore most is the Pilot Worldtimer. It looks great on the wrist, and it is about the nicest worldtimer on the market, certainly for its price. The way the complication functions is brilliant. Quite a treat if you want to know what time it is in the rest of the world, whether you are travelling or not.

Paul, that Worldtimer is a beauty! There was a period of almost ten years when it would have been an absolutely perfect everyday watch for me...but today its value would be mostly aesthetic as my travel schedule and related obligations no longer require me to keep track of a half dozen time zones. I have retroactive regret for not buying a Worldtimer (IWC or otherwise) when it would have been most useful!

So, if not an IWC, which watch did you wear most last year?

It would have been close between my BP and the CF3 but I think this just wins out.

Since I am retired a few months, I ride my bike almost every day, and I choose my watch to also fit that occasion. My latest watch is perfect: it is light, it is fairly ruggedized (although my bike rides are about as smooth as a city ride by car) and it has a sailcloth strap. And, about as important, it is a stunning beauty. It keeps sticking on my wrist.

May be for me too. I cannot think of an IWC dial (or really, any dial for that matter) that appeals to me more. Absolutely fantastic!

Congratulations on your retirement Paul! The Blancpain Fifty Fathoms is a great looking watch with an excellent pedigree. I've never been attracted to the Le Brassus, Villeret, Léman or L-Evolution, but your Bathyscaphe and the Fifty Fathoms Automatique with black dial are exceptional in my opinion. That said, I'll have to see what IWC has in store for us in 2016 ("the year of the pilot") before making any decisions for next year...

Couldn't agree more Ben. The best modern dial IWC have released. Perfectly balanced.

For the later half of the year it was this Portuguese Chronograph (reverse Panda).

    i1129.photobucket.com/albums/m505/billikewong/IMG_4241_zpsz7rxcpxa.jpg

But likely to be eclipsed by this one in the new year (new to me).

I believe I wore three watches "equally the most" during 2015:

Ingenieur Automatic for Laureus (cycling watch)
Portugieser Yacht Club Chrono for Laureus (cycling watch)
Big Pilot Perpetual Calendar - London Boutique Edition

I don't keep a daily wear log, but I'm guessing this one had a fair share of wrist in 2015.
