Please help me to identify which IWC watch is this strap originally made for?
    Thanks.

Hard to say because this kind of strap seems to be widely used on a few pilot watches. Since it came with a pin-buckle, maybe something like a Mark XVIII Le Petit Prince?

If memory serves me...this strap was originally supplied as the OEM strap for the limited edition St. Exupery Pilot Chrono around 2006. I believe it was 21mm and the color was a bit lighter than your photo. However, this strap ages beautifully and darkens quickly as it soaks up body oil like a sponge. The result is a very pliable, comfortable and vintage look. I use one on a Pilot classic chronograph ( 3717 ) and love the look. More recently, the strap was introduced in a 20mm size as the OEM strap for the original Le Petite Prince - MARK XVII. This strap is very versatile and can be paired with numerous IWC models. The newest MARK XVIII's use the same look by Santoni in Black Calfskin.
