I was looking for used IWC watches and stumbled on this watch in a bit rough
state. Could someone please help me identify if it is a fake?
And if its not, what exact model and year is it, please?

By any chance could you recommend sites that offer used watches that are real,
or there are none trustworthy and only buying new one from official store is
safe? -
