Whiskey pairing, what's your combination today?

I think it's time to revive this thread.
Enjoying 15 year old Glenlivet. Thinking of Jarrod and Steff on their cruise. Jarrod and I had many samplings from this bottle and he left it with me while they continue their journey.

By chance soon after look at this thread yesterday I received a gift of an 18 year old Japanese single malt. May have to return to the thread more often to see if more gifts of whisky will appear! Will unseal this bottle later this evening.
