Great post. That was fun.
Great post. That was fun.
Hi Greg ! Yes indeed this year was an interesting one, specially for us aviators around the world. It is great to have series of watches dedicated to our profession.
I appreciate your keen observation ( picture No. 04 ) - The aircraft in question is an Airbus A-330. With the autopilot selected the aircraft can maintain speed and flight path selected either by the pilot or by aircrafts Flight management and guidance system. In the latter case these windows remain blank.
Vishal.

Great pictures. Pilot watches in their natural element.
Thanks for sharing Vishal.
Thanks for the explanation and info. Just had visions of a plane at 39000feet parked up somewhere whilst someone checked the oil and cleaned the screen. Or the old joke about a passenger on hearing the pilot announce that all engines had failed, turns to the nearest fellow passenger and says, "it's a good job I brought a book with me as it looks as if we could be stuck up here for some time!"
Thank you for the magnificent pictures Vishal, you really make me miss my BP. It's a good thing I still have the St Ex Chrono and Spitfire UTC!
Kind regards,
Clemens
Great pictures/watches. Thanks for displaying them...
THANKS!!! Love those pictures, especially the Big Pilot on the cockpit edge! Realy nice.
Stunning photos thanks for sharing!!
Great pictures, Vishal! Thanks for sharing.
Besides the inside cockpit pics of watches and indicating instruments, I like the third photo, a safe outlook to the cumulonimbus clouds. ;-)
Kind regards
Thanks for sharing, that was outstanding!
P.S. Wow, that Hind is the ugliest thing to ever grace the skies. Hideous.
Thanks for a great collection of photos - truly sticking with the Pilot theme!
Aloha Vishal -
Thanks for the great shots!
